Terms and Conditions of Service – 4PRINTBUYERS

Welcome to 4PRINTBUYERS. By accessing or using our services, website, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General

4PRINTBUYERS provides custom printing services for individuals and businesses.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Order Submission & Required Information
To process your order accurately and efficiently, you must provide the following:

Contact Name and Company (if applicable)

Email Address
-
Phone Number
-
Billing and Shipping Address
-
Print-Ready Artwork (PDF, AI, EPS, or JPG preferred formats)

Detailed Order Specifications (e.g., size, quantity, paper stock, finishes, folding, binding)

Payment Method
Failure to provide complete or correct information may result in order delays or cancellations.
3. Proofing & Approval

A digital proof will be sent for customer approval before printing.

It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve all proofs for accuracy, including spelling, images, colors, and layout.

4PRINTBUYERS is not responsible for errors found after approval.
4. Turnaround Time
-
Production begins only after proof approval and payment confirmation.
-
Turnaround time varies based on product type and quantity and will be confirmed during the order process.

Delays caused by third-party shippers are not the responsibility of 4PRINTBUYERS.
5. Payment Terms
-
Full payment is due prior to production unless otherwise stated in writing.

Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, ACH, Zelle, Check (for repeat clients).
6. Refunds, Cancellations & Returns

Orders canceled before proof approval may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Once printing has started, cancellations are not permitted.

Custom printed items are non-refundable unless due to manufacturer defect.

If a reprint is necessary, it must be requested within 3 business days of receipt.
7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is available nationwide via UPS, FedEx, or local courier.

Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
-
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
8. Intellectual Property

Customer warrants they have full rights to all designs submitted.

4PRINTBUYERS is not liable for unauthorized use of copyrighted materials provided by the client.
9. Limitation of Liability

4PRINTBUYERS is not responsible for any damages beyond the cost of the order.

We are not liable for delays due to acts of God, carrier issues, or communication failures.
10. Governing Law
-
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
-
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate court located in Los Angeles County.
11. Privacy
-
Customer information is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and communication.

4PRINTBUYERS does not share or sell client data to third parties.
