Welcome to 4PrintBuyers. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order. By using our services, you agree to these terms, which are subject to change at our discretion.


Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Once an order is sent to our prepress department, the customer is responsible for the full payment.

In some cases, a refund may be issued if no work has been initiated. A $25 cancellation fee will apply to such refunds. Orders may be voided the same day they are placed if no work has begun.


Changes to Files After Submission

Once a job has been approved and sent to prepress, no changes can be made to the artwork, job details, or turnaround time. If no work has started, refunds may be considered, with a $25 cancellation fee applied.


Turnaround Times

Turnaround begins when an order is sent to press. Orders submitted after 12 PM Pacific Standard Time will start processing the next business day.

Turnaround time does not include weekends or holidays. It begins only after receiving acceptable artwork. Delays due to non-conforming files or incomplete submissions will reset turnaround time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances. Expected delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.


Complaints

All complaints must be submitted within 15 days of order creation. If the product contains manufacturing defects, we will reprint the job at no additional cost. We reserve the right to determine what qualifies as a defect.


Sales Tax

All California orders are subject to applicable sales tax. 


Color Reproduction

Exact color matching is not guaranteed. Variations due to equipment, inks, and materials are standard. By placing an order, you accept these limitations.


File Submission Requirements

We accept PDF, TIFF, JPEG, and EPS formats. Files must have flattened layers, outlined fonts, and a .125-inch bleed on all sides.


Material and Size Variations

Minor variations in materials, ink, and dimensions (up to 0.125") are within acceptable industry standards.


Copyright and Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring their content complies with copyright and trademark laws. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for all submitted materials.


Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold 4PrintBuyers, its employees, and affiliates harmless against any claims arising from copyright infringement or unauthorized use of materials in your submitted files.


Order Discretion

4PrintBuyers reserves the right to reject orders that cannot be produced successfully. If an order is rejected, the full payment will be refunded.


Limitation of Liability

All products and services are provided "as is." 4PrintBuyers is not liable for delays, errors, or damages caused by third-party vendors, carriers, or unforeseen events.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the terms periodically for changes.
