Returns accepted for 1 day, Customer provides return shipping, and a 99% restocking fee.

1. Order Approval

  • All orders proceed based on customer approval of the final proof. By approving the proof, the customer confirms the accuracy of all content, including layout, design, and text.
  • 4PRINTBUYERS is not responsible for any errors, such as typographical mistakes or design inaccuracies, once the final proof has been approved.

2. Production Standards

  • Due to the nature of the printing process, minor variations in color, size, or finish may occur. These variances are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund or reprint.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Photo evidence of the damage will be required for investigation.
  • While we will assist in addressing shipping issues, we do not provide refunds or reprints for damages caused during transit.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled. Please ensure all details are reviewed thoroughly before submitting your order.
